Cancelling

End your agreement.

One form, no account, no call. Fill it in and your notice is recorded with today’s date on it. You will not be asked to reconsider, offered a discount, or put through to anybody before it goes through.

Give notice

Two fields are required. Everything else helps us find your file faster and you can leave it blank.

What happens after you send it

A person reads it and writes back to the address you gave us. They will tell you what happens to any payment still outstanding and to any payment already scheduled, in numbers, rather than leaving you to work it out from your bank statement.

Nothing is charged to a card we hold, because we do not hold one. Payments after the first are arranged with you each time rather than taken automatically, so cancelling does not leave a stored card behind that somebody has to remember to switch off.

Within three business days of enrolling, cancelling entitles you to a full refund and no work has started. That window is enforced by our software rather than promised by it. After it, the agreement runs on two weeks written notice, and this form is that notice.

If you would rather talk to somebody first, you can, and it makes no difference to this: the date on your notice is the date you sent this form, not the date somebody got back to you. Our terms set out the rest, and our privacy page covers what happens to your student’s records afterwards.
