Limitations
The things we will not do.
Every one of these is written down here so you have it before you pay rather than after, and none of it changes what we can do for your student.
The firm
We do not guarantee admission or financial aid. Nobody who does is being honest with you. We do not write, ghostwrite or rewrite any part of any application, and that goes for the counselor and the AI equally.
We do not claim relationships with anyone who reads applications, because we do not have them and nobody selling you this should say they do. We have asked admissions officers and directors of admissions how they read, which is research rather than a relationship, and it is where our philosophy comes from. No counselor on our roster is currently employed by any college admissions office. That is a conflict, and with us it disqualifies rather than recommends.
We do not publish an admit rate. Nobody selling you one has a denominator you could check, and we are not going to be the firm that pretends otherwise.
We do not do test prep or academic tutoring and we do not sell it, though we will tell you where to go. We do not sell or share anything your family tells us.
The agent
An AI agent answers some questions inside the product. Two things it will never do.
It will never write or rewrite anything your student might submit.
Not a paragraph, not a sentence, not “here’s an example you could adapt.” The Common Application treats presenting the substantive content or output of an AI platform as your own original work as application fraud, and the Independent Educational Consultants Association’s Principles of Good Practice forbid a consultant from writing or heavily editing a student’s essays. We hold ourselves to both.
If your student asks it about a draft, it says no and hands the question to your counselor in your student’s own words. Your counselor reads the draft and tells them where it is not landing.
It will never tell you your student’s chances.
No percentage, no odds, no “reach, match, safety” label attached to your student by name. There is no legitimate dataset of individual admissions decisions available to anyone, not to us and not to the sites that give you a number. Any number we gave you would be invented, and it would sound confident, which is worse.
It carries no school data, so it will not read you a school’s admit rate or test ranges either. It says so and sends the question on. Your counselor works from what each school publishes about its own process, and does the strategy from there.
Every message the agent writes says that an AI wrote it. It handles tasks and it is not a companion. If a conversation turns into something heavier than an application, it stops, points to a person, and puts a record where a person will find it. What that does and does not mean is on our crisis page.
The call is forty-five minutes.
We will tell you what the package covers, what it does not, what it costs, and where we would start with your student.
